September 2023

This edition of our quarterly newsletter comes to you on the eve of the 14 October referendum, a moment of reckoning for us, for Australia.

How can we be sure this Old Holden will make it over the next few hills? And how can we better inform and align policy and actions with the abundant evidence and data that points the way to a more fair, sustainable and stronger social economy?

March 2024

Welcome to our quarterly newsletter, the first of 2024.

Our lead article focuses on the momentum building behind the ‘decolonising agenda’ overseas, following an enlightening talk from Mide Akerewusi visiting from Canada and what we should expect to see more of in Australia over time. With several client engagements working alongside First Nations organisations driving self-governance and self-determination for their communities, we observe the importance of looking upstream to align the source of funds, philanthropy and otherwise, behind this movement.

June 2023

Welcome to GoodWolf’s first quarterly newsletter, and the new financial year.

We dedicate our first newsletter to the housing system in an extended article entitled ‘House On Fire!’. We intersperse reflections from our client work, our sector engagement and the readings and ideas that inspire us.

July 2024

Welcome to our quarterly newsletter, the first of the 2024 financial year.

Our lead article explores the extent to which women are disproportionately impacted by climate change, in particular those from vulnerable groups. It also demonstrates how applying a gender lens to problem-solving is crucial to help mitigate the climate crisis.

December 2023

Introducing our final newsletter for the year.

We share some findings from our most recent inquiry into the Health & Medical Research sector, and insights from our survey on what social economy organisations expect of and experience with advisors.

October 2024

Welcome to our quarterly newsletter.

“Electioneering is stirring up our hopes again, from our local elections in Port Phillip to our State election in Queensland…”
